कालेधन वालों के नाम बताने का आदेश
उच्चतम न्यायालय ने अपने पूर्व न्यायाधीश बी पी रेडी की अध्यक्षता वाली एक विशेष जांच दल का गठन किया है जो विदेशों से कालाधन वापस लाने के लिये हो रही जांच की निगरानी करेगी। इस विशेष जांच दल के उपाध्यक्ष होंगे उच्चतम न्यायालय के पूर्व न्यायाधीश एम बी शाह । उच्चतम न्यायालय के दो सदस्य सुदर्शन रेड्डी एवं एस एस नैयर वाली खंडपीठ ने अपने आदेश में यह निर्देशित किया है कि कालाधन के मामले की जांचकर रही सरकार द्वारा गठित टीम इस विशेष जांच दल का एक हिस्सा होगी । यह भी आदेश दिया है न्यायालय ने कि सरकार उन लोगों के नाम का खुलासा करे जिसे कालाधन को विदेश में रखने के मामले में नोटिस निर्गत की गई है । यह आदेश नामचीन अधिवक्ता राम जेठमलानी की याचिका पर दिया गया है । बिहार मीडिया के संपादक ने जनवरी में हीं प्रधानमंत्री को एक इ मेल लिखकर यह राय दी थी कि आप विदेशी बैंक में जमा कालाधन के मालिको का नाम बताये नही बताने की स्थिति में न्यायालय द्वारा आदेश होने पर आपको नाम बताना पडेगा। उस ईमेल की कापी नीचे प्रकाशित है ।

Mr. Prime minister, merely India has signed a treaty can not be a justified reason for not revealing name of those who has stashed black money in another country. When the same information is being used for collection of tax , mean many of the people have knowledge about those persons. there is a legal procedure in our country for collection of taxes and officers required to serve notice through post after making entry into dispatch register with offer to the person cencerned to engage advocate if not satisfied by the demand of taxation department. Now you tell me Prime minister , knowingly or unknowingly ,secrets promised under treaty , not to make public ,is virtually a secret for the sake of secret otherwise revealed to many peoples. only a sincere effort with corrupt practice is required to fetch information from staff of taxation or postal department and India too , have wikileaks and Assange. Prime Minister you have lost the charm ,reason so many scam . but still people have hope , you should realise blunder you committed and should act to instill faith in people by way of taking appropriate action against culprits. Moreover any treaty can not change our constitutional provision, if court ask, you have to provide the details . Prime Minister , it is better come clean, inform the countries that it is in the interest of our country to reveal the name and court is putting pressure too, thereafter open the name of those who has siphoned the black money in another countries.
