नक्सलियों को हथियार सप्लाई करनेवाले बिंदी यादव की जमानत याचिका खारिज
गया : सिविल कोर्ट : दिनांक ३ मई : नक्सलियों को हथियार सप्लाई करने के आरोप में गिरफ़्तार बाहुबली बिंदी यादव की जमानत याचिका आज गया के जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश ने खारिज कर दी । तकरीबन दो माह पूर्व बिंदी यादव को हजारो गोलियों के साथ गया पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार किया था। कारतुसों को नक्सलियों को सप्लाई करने के लिए ले जाते समय गया पुलिस ने रास्ते में ही बिंदी यादव को गिरफ्तार कर लिया था। हालांकि इतने संगीन आरोप में गिरफ्तारी के बाद पुलिस द्वारा रिमांड पर नहीं लिया जाना आश्चर्य वाली बात थी । बिंदी यादव गया जिला परिषद् के अध्यक्ष रह चुके हैं तथा उनकी पत्नी मनोरमा देवी विधान परिषद् की सदस्या रह चुकी हैं । राजद के शासनकाल में बिंदी यादव आतंक के पर्याय माने जाते थे । अपहरण , हत्या सहित अनेको मुकदमो के अभियुक्त रह चुके बिंदी यादव को बिहार-झारखड सीमा पर नाजायक रुप से ट्रकों का प्रवेश के धंधे से जुड़े होने के कारण उनका नाम हीं इंट्री माफिया पड गया था । उक्त धंधे से बिंदी यादव ने करोडो की संपति अर्जित की तथा सरकार को अरबो का चुना भी लगाया । विगत विधानसभा चुनाव में राजद के टिकट पर बिंदी यादव चुनाव भी लड़ चुके हैं । चुनाव के दरम्यान भी नोट से वोट खरीदने के आरोप में इनकी गिरफ्तारी हुई थी लेकिन जमानतीय धाराओ के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज होने के कारण थाने से हीं जमानत दे दी गई थी । वर्तमान में राज्य के कैबिनेट मंत्री जितन राम मांझी के बिंदी यादव से बहुत निकटतम सम्बंध रहा है । हालांकि इसबार बिंदी यादव देशद्रोह जैसे मुकदमें के अभियुक्त बने हैं परन्तु लोगो का मानना है की पूर्व की भांति इसबार भी पैसे और पैरवी के बल पर बिंदी यादव जेल से बाहर आ जायेंगे ।
this case is forged and its a political trauma, people of opposition have been targeting him since his growing network of contracts that too by his hardwork,his construction company has been awarded by bihar project of pmgsy yojana last year for his quality & punctuality of his company.
ReplyDeleteif he would have been good links with maoists why he was targetted several times by the maiosts, his petrol pump,earthmovers,election office was blown by red maoists.
he is a social people who is very helpful too people of every section of society,people of rural area love him as hero due to his good deeds of his work in poltical power,he constructed various projects which helped people in farming & infrastructure.
this all is a fake case. i can challenge it.
me as a social worker & a employer of united nations in unesco project have worked with him in his district,he also got award by UN for making people aware about their rights . thousands of people use to be with him in his meeting. peacefully,wholeheartdly.
He has been framed on occassion of construction works & contract. by his opposition.
Mr. Kislay , either you are not aware about back ground and history of Mr. Bindi yadav or trying to appease him to get some favor. He was involve in several murder, dacoity and kidnapping. we provide truth beyond the reach of conventional media and without any fear publish it . better enquire from local people. for example , Babli jain kidnapping case is still in mind of people.
ReplyDeletesir nice to get a incomplete information from you ! u should know that the above case u have given in example in that mr yadav has got clean chit from the honourable court in 2006.and honourable court and cid bihar pointed that he has been harassed by the govt machineries and bureaucrates.

he is innoncent and not a single unauthorised arms&ammunition has been recovered from his car.
it can be challenged.

Mr. Kaslay I appreciate your attempt to defend Bindi yadav. You are loyal to him. We too are not against him but what we posted is fact. I know Bindi yadav have many of good quality . He pay proper regard to deserving people. He is honest with his business colleague but even after all these qualities, his instinct is not changed. He has earned enough money, now he should try to do some thing for society in order to get rid of sin he committed. He must repent. One more thing, I am not against naxalites too as their cause is justified but not the way. Violence can not be remedy .
